Product complaint

We regret that you are not satisfied with one of our products. In order to process your complaint quickly and efficiently, we ask you to follow the steps below:

Steps to complain to reklamation@kemes-commerce.de

  1. Contact us by email :

    • Please send an email to reklamation@kemes-commerce.de with the subject " Product complaint - order number ".
  2. Indication of the order number :

    • Be sure to include your order number in the email. You can find this on your invoice or in the order confirmation you received by email.
  3. State reason for complaint :

    • Describe the reason for your complaint in detail. Possible reasons may be:
      • Damaged product
      • Received wrong product
      • Product does not match the description
      • Other reasons (please specify)
  4. Add evidence :

    • In order to better assess your complaint, please attach photos of the defective product if available.
